About
I spent 12 years at Express Homebuyers, one of the top real estate investment companies in the DC metro. Started as a homebuying specialist in 2006, worked my way up through acquisitions, sales, and operations, eventually becoming COO. Along the way, I helped the company land on the Inc. 5000 list and managed a $3M+ marketing budget.
In 2018, I co-founded MaxHousePrice, a pre-list renovation company serving VA, MD, and DC. We help homeowners renovate before selling, with no upfront costs. I've built the entire operation from scratch: remote teams, project management systems, marketing strategy, and now AI-powered automation.
I discovered what AI can actually do for a business like mine. Not just writing emails, but building systems, organizing chaos, automating the work that used to eat my week. Now I'm showing others how to do the same.
